Pomodoro technique
In a nutshell:
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management framework.
The main principle is that you need to break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks.
How to integrate the Pomodoro Time Management Technique into the Gold Model:
In your daily Gold Model tasks you can use the Pomodoro technique by setting up specific working times and breaks that will fit your biological clock as an example: If you are a morning person you will work till 12:00 in chunks of 50 minutes followed by 10 minutes break and after 12:00 in chunks of 45 minutes followed by 15 minutes break.
OKR’s
In a nutshell:
OKRs stand for “Objectives and Key Results.” It is a goal-setting methodology used by teams and individuals to set goals with measurable results. OKRs are how you track progress, create alignment, and encourage engagement around measurable goals.
How to integrate the OKR’s into the Gold Model:
The OKR’s speak about how to align between our long and short term goals and KPi’s and the company’s level and departmental level.
