meet ron Lev

Ron Lev moved to the UK in 2016 and started to work in a recycling company in East London in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, HR, and in his last position as a Business Improvement Analyst.

While working in the company, Ron got more responsibilities and felt overwhelmed with all the projects and tasks under his belt. Then, he started to explore different methods around time/project management that would fit his current challenges. Using the Eisenhower Matrix for a couple of weeks, Ron encountered some challenges in seeing the correlation between his daily and weekly tasks to his vision and long and short-term goals.

This challenge triggered him to develop his own framework known today as the “Gold Model Method”, the first method that simplifies the way of combining one’s vision and goals to weekly and daily tasks. The method improves the productivity of individuals and organizations by 55%. 

At the beginning, he implemented the Gold Model for his own needs within the company for about a year and a half. A friend of his who wanted to become a writer was frustrated since she couldn’t find how to make her hobby her main occupation, and in the meantime, she had to work in sales to pay her bills.

At this moment, he understood that this model could be holistic. The idea was to combine our time in minutes per week (10,080) and our areas to focus on in alignment with our vision goals and KPIs from planning to execution.

Ron launched the Gold Model Method Ltd in 2018. Since then, it has been presented and implemented in 20+ educational institutions (which have included, inter alia, Cambridge University and UCL), companies, a UK government program, and individuals.
